Our Fairborn location is dedicated to supporting male clients through our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), offering a structured and compassionate environment for recovery. This program is tailored to address the individuals unique needs, focusing on developing coping skills, fostering personal growth, and building strong foundation for long-term sobriety. We combine evidence-based therapies, group sessions, and individualized care, ensuring each client receives the support they need to reclaim their lives.

Rick Smith
Program Manager

Rick is a dedicated and compassionate professional with a recent Bachelor's degree in Addictions and Integrated Studies from Clark State University. He is an active member of Phi Theta Kappa and Epsilon Pi Tau Honor Societies, reflecting his commitment to academic excellence. Rick’s diverse professional background spans several key roles, including Regional Sales Management, Human Resources for a distribution company, Case Management with ODJFS, and Counseling Assistance for a Residential Treatment Program. His career has been centered on helping individuals overcome addiction while working as a Counselor in the field of substance abuse. Currently, Rick serves as Program Manager at Full Circle Recovery Services at the Fairborn facility, where he brings his experience, expertise, and deep sense of empathy to the role. With a strong foundation in genuineness, compassion, and positive regard, Rick is dedicated to making a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals and families affected by addiction. He is passionate about empowering others through supportive, client-centered care and strives to foster an environment of healing and growth.

IOPs or Intensive Outpatient Programs are highly structured for patients who don't require detox or 24-hour supervision, but maintain responsibilities at home, school, or work.
