The Bluffton facility is set up to facilitate PHP clients while giving them a chance to take a breath, remember who they are and where they want to be in life. As well as challenge them to use the tools we teach. All staff work together to provide a great place to start a client’s recovery journey.
Tiffany Sherman
Program Manager
Tiffany’s journey with Full Circle began two years ago and includes several roles that show her commitment to the company’s mission. She now serves as Program Manager at the Bluffton location, where she leads with purpose and accountability. Before joining Full Circle, Tiffany worked for a company that later merged with it, giving her a strong understanding of both operations and growth.
Her experience across different roles has fueled her focus on improving client care and community engagement. With three master’s degree concentrations in Criminal Justice and multiple published works, Tiffany brings both knowledge and perspective to her position. She views change as a constant part of growth and approaches each transition as a chance to strengthen the organization and better serve clients and the community.
