Meghan Sandlin
Billing Manager
Currently the Billing Manager at Full Circle and has worked in healthcare for 12 years. She has worked in different areas including audiology, lower limb prosthetics, orthotics, mental health and substance use. Prior to healthcare she worked in retail but knew she wanted a career that can help change lives. She has almost completed her bachelor’s degree in healthcare administrations and has an associate degree in business management. When Meghan isn’t working, she spends time with her husband, three kids, and two dogs. She enjoys gardening, crafts, going to concerts, and vacations to the beach. Meghan was born in Florida, so sun and sand is where she loves to be.
Marcia Weber
Re-Entry Program Manager
Started at Full Circle in February 2023 as a clinical supervisor, she quickly transitioned to the role of Re-Entry Program Manager, tasked with expanding Full Circle’s Re-Entry programming. Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Xavier University and a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Baylor University. With a career spanning over three decades in behavioral health, Marcia has always found fulfillment in roles that incorporate direct clinical services, clinical supervision, and program development.
Embracing continuous learning, she derives insights from the clients she serves. She believes that successful work in this field necessitates a delicate balance between the art and science of clinical treatment and emphasizes teamwork and collaboration.
Ryan Moore
Business Manager
Dedicated Business Manager at Full Circle, with a decade-long background in construction management. Ryan brings a wealth of experience and insight to our team. Ryan’s employment with Full Circle began as a Case Manager, and through his dedication and pursuit of education in business, he seamlessly transitioned into his current role. Passionate about numbers and committed to supporting others in recovery, Ryan leads our business operations with precision and compassion. His unique blend of construction management expertise and a heart for helping others makes him an invaluable asset to our organization. Beyond his professional achievements, Ryan’s personal recovery journey of resilience and growth serves as an inspiration to us all. As a beacon of determination and compassion, Ryan embodies the ethos of Full Circle and our commitment to empowering individuals on their path to recovery.
Lindsay Kelley
Level 3 Nurse
A seasoned nurse manager at Full Circle with a decade of nursing experience and a background in healthcare, embarked on her professional journey at Mount Carmel College of Nursing in Columbus, Ohio, where she attained her BSN. Beginning her career at Grandview Medical Center, with a focus on critical care, Lindsay discovered her passion for addiction medicine and assisting individuals in recovery. Outside of her professional endeavors, Lindsay enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her friends and family. Married to her supportive husband, Chris, she shares her life with her beloved dog Milo. Anticipating the arrival of her first child—a baby girl expected in July 2024—Lindsay’s dedication to healthcare and commitment to personal growth continue to shape her journey.
Kirsten Ellis
Level 3 Nurse
A dedicated nurse since 2018, balancing her professional commitments with her family life, including two children and two dogs alongside her husband of two years. Fostering a passion for do-it- yourself projects, reading, and cherished moments with her loved ones, Kirsten’s multifaceted interests underscore her vibrant persona. She obtained her bachelor’s in health administration from the University of Southern Indiana in 2016, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Northern Kentucky University in 2017. Launching her nursing career in Postpartum care for three and a half years, Kirsten swiftly ascended to roles such as charge nurse and Team Lead, leveraging her expertise to enhance patient care. Joining Full Circle in August 2021 as a health education nurse, Kirsten’s commitment and professionalism led to her progression to Level 2 nurse in 2022 and subsequently to Level 3 nurse in 2023. Her tenure with Full Circle has not only honed her leadership skills but also provided opportunities to make a profound impact on an underserved patient demographic. Grateful for the enriching experiences at Full Circle, Kirsten looks forward to witnessing continued growth and development within the nursing department and the organization, proud to contribute to the company’s success.
Everett Davis
Peer Recovery Support Program Manager
A certified Ohio Peer Recovery Supporter since 2019, has dedicated his career to transforming lives affected by addiction. Beginning at East End Community Services, he worked with first responders and the homeless population, offering hope and multiple pathways to recovery. Recognizing the importance of peer support and empowerment, he became a certified trainer of Peer Recovery Supporters for the state of Ohio. Everett’s advocacy extended to sitting on various coalitions within the community, promoting policy change and peer support. In the summer of 2023, Everett brought his expertise and vision to Full Circle, driven by a desire to redefine Peer Recovery Support within the treatment center environment. With his unwavering
dedication and belief in the power of peer support, Everett strives to make a lasting impact, transforming lives and communities one step at a time.
