Our Middletown location is a newly established center dedicated to helping clients overcome substance use disorders (SUD) through our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). This program provides structured, evidence-based treatment designed to support individuals on their recovery journey while allowing them to maintain their daily responsibilities. With a focus on personalized care, group therapy, and skill-building, our Middletown location offers a welcoming and supportive environment for clients seeking lasting change. Julie Harrell
Program Manager

Julie is the Program Manager at Full Circle Recovery Services’ Middletown location, building on nearly 20 years of experience mentoring staff and supporting clients in substance abuse treatment. She has worked with adults—both men and women—in roles including intake, detox, residential and outpatient counseling, Re-Entry, and court liaison work, and has collaborated with community stakeholders and partner organizations to strengthen programs, families, and communities. Julie earned her Associate’s degree in Human and Social Services from Southern State Community College in 2009, where she founded a grassroots organization and joined Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. She is currently pursuing her BAS in Addiction and Integrated Treatment Studies at Clark State College. Driven by a passion for client success, Julie is committed to creating and cultivating programs and environments that promote growth, well-being, and lasting change for both clients and staff.

IOPs or Intensive Outpatient Programs are highly structured for patients who don't require detox or 24-hour supervision, but maintain responsibilities at home, school, or work.
