District 1 includes our Alumni Clinic, Bluffton, Livingston, and Northcut locations—each playing a vital role in delivering PHP, IOP, and SOP services for men and women. This network of care ensures clients receive the support they need, whether they’re just beginning or continuing their recovery journey. By aligning these locations under one district, we’re able to provide more coordinated, responsive, and community-rooted care.
Roger Doseck
District Manager
Bringing over 20 years of leadership experience, Roger is a result driven leader in operational excellence, team development, and profitable results. His career is in retail leadership where he has worked with the biggest companies in the field and managed as many as 17 locations within a region during which his teams have earned several awards for sales, profits, operational excellence, and great looking stores. He has developed many team members to earn promotions and advance within the companies. Earning his degree from Wright State University, where he graduated with honors. Roger is very active in Huber Heights Softball Baseball Association, where he coaches several girls fast pitch softball teams. His passion for excellence and mentorship makes for a rewarding impact inside and outside the workplace.
