Kevin Belcher
Program Manager

Bringing a wealth of lived experience and leadership across military, industrial, and behavioral health settings, Kevin Belcher currently serves as the Program Manager for the White Allen Clinic, a statewide program that functions as a bridge between post-treatment life to independent living. His leadership foundation began during his military service, where he served as a 91 Bravo Combat Medic before transitioning to a support role in the Arrival/Departure Airfield Control Group, despite facing personal challenges, including multiple incarcerations, Kevin turned his life around and began pursuing higher education. He is currently in his final year at Walden University, working toward a bachelor’s degree in social work, with plans to obtain his Licensed Social Worker (LSW) upon graduation. His academic journey began at Sinclair University in the Chemical Dependency track, which laid the groundwork for his career in behavioral health. Kevin is a passionate advocate for recovery and reentry, blending his professional experience with personal insight. His work reflects a deep commitment to outreach, accountability, and helping others rebuild their lives, just as he rebuilt his own.
