The Welcome Campus serves as a central hub for recovery services, offering Intake, PHP, SOP, counseling, peer support, and mental health services for co-occurring conditions. Through comprehensive assessments and personalized treatment planning, individuals are connected to the level of care that best meets their needs. PHP (Partial Hospitalization Program) provides highly structured, intensive day treatment that bridges the gap between inpatient (residential) care and outpatient services, while SOP (Standard Outpatient Program) offers ongoing support and counseling designed to help individuals maintain recovery and build independence in their daily lives.

Zana Wheeler
Site Program Manager

Her professional journey commenced in the subsidized housing industry, where she served as an Asset Manager. While this role allowed her to contribute to society, Zana yearned for a more direct means of helping others. Drawing inspiration from her personal experience as a person in long-term recovery, she felt compelled to pursue a career in addiction services. Embarking on this new path, Zana started in an entry-level position within Full Circle, simultaneously, she continued her education. Ultimately obtaining her CDCA certification. Her dedication and perseverance led to a promotion as a case manager. In 2020, Zana earned a bachelor’s degree in Rehabilitative Services from Wright State University, followed by licensure as a Chemical Dependency Counselor III. Since obtaining her licensure, Zana has excelled in various roles within Full Circle, progressing from team lead to her current position as Program Manager. She finds deep fulfillment in her career, approaching her work with a serious and dedicated mindset. Today, she finds immense satisfaction in her professional journey and the meaningful work she does.

2.5 & 1.0

PHP or Partial Hospitalization Program level provides intensive, structured programming that is more rigorous than IOP but less intensive than residential or inpatient care.

SOPs or Standard Outpatient Programs are flexible options for patients looking for addiction treatment but maintain fulfilled lives at home, school, or work.
