At our Water Street facility in Chillicothe, we offer Partial Hospitalization Programming (PHP) and Standard Outpatient Programming (SOP) for men and women, providing a structured and supportive environment where recovery can take root and continue beyond for long-term recovery. Our team is committed to walking alongside each client, offering guidance, encouragement, and accountability throughout the process.

Shawna began her journey with Full Circle Recovery Services in September 2024 working with PHP clients. While she has worked with all levels of care, her passion lies with the newcomers in treatment. Shawna was called to work with substance abuse individuals and started school at Ohio Christian in 2017. She obtained her Substance Abuse Counseling Bachelor’s degree in 2022.
Client care and a strong ethical outlook is priority for Shawna as she serves those afflicted with addiction. While upholding a person-centered and compassionate approach, Shawna seeks to help all of those she comes into contact with a smile on her face.

SOPs or Standard Outpatient Programs are flexible options for patients looking for addiction treatment but maintain fulfilled lives at home, school, or work.
PHPs or Partial Hospitalization Programs are designed with structure and daily oversight for patients who need daily monitoring, but don't require 24/7 care.
