Residential Now Open!
We’re expanding our continuum of care with the addition of a Residential Treatment Program.
This program provides a safe, structured environment where clients can begin their recovery. Residents participate in group sessions, individual counseling, peer support, life skills training, and dual diagnosis treatment that addresses both substance use and mental health needs. Clients also receive nutritious meals and consistent support from a dedicated care team focused on lifelong stability and progress.
Residential Client Packages
Clients at the Residential Level of Care are permitted to receive packages under the following guidelines to ensure safety and fairness for everyone in treatment.
Delivery Information
- Packages may arrive any day of the week, at any time
- Accepted carriers: USPS, FedEx, UPS, Amazon
- Not permitted: DoorDash, GoPuff, Uber Eats, or other food delivery services
Package Distribution
- Distribution times: Monday, Wednesday, Friday – 12-2pm
- Only items on the approved list will be given to the client
- Unapproved items will either be donated or must be picked up within 72hours

Clothing & Personal Items
- 7 tops, 7 bottoms/pants, 7 pairs of underwear, 2 sets of pajamas, 2 sweatshirts, 1 coat, laundry bag, 2 pairs of shoes, 1 pair of shower shoes, 1 belt, and 1 refillable water bottle.
Hygiene & Grooming (NO alcohol-based products)
- Standard hygiene products, tweezers, nail clippers, blow dryers, and hair straighteners.
Writing Supplies (limited quantities)
- Pens & Notebooks
- Pens & Notebooks
Tobacco/Vape Allowances
- Cigarette packs, cans of dip, and up to 7 vapes.
NOTE: Any items not listed above or considered unsafe may be denied to maintain a therapeutic and recovery-focused environment.
Tiffany Sherman
Site Program Manager
Tiffany’s journey with Full Circle began two years ago and includes several roles that show her commitment to the company’s mission. She now serves as Program Manager at the Bluffton location, where she leads with purpose and accountability. Before joining Full Circle, Tiffany worked for a company that later merged with it, giving her a strong understanding of both operations and growth.
Her experience across different roles has fueled her focus on improving client care and community engagement. With three master’s degree concentrations in Criminal Justice and multiple published works, Tiffany brings both knowledge and perspective to her position. She views change as a constant part of growth and approaches each transition as a chance to strengthen the organization and better serve clients and the community.
