We’re excited to announce that we’re expanding our continuum of care with the addition of a Residential Treatment Program. This program will provide Level 3.5 care in Bluffton, OH, offering clients a safe and supportive environment to continue their recovery journey. Residents will benefit from a structured program that includes group sessions, individual counseling, peer support and life skills training, all while receiving wholesome meals and compassionate care from our dedicated team.

Program Manager
Tiffany’s journey with Full Circle began two years ago and includes several roles that show her commitment to the company’s mission. She now serves as Program Manager at the Bluffton location, where she leads with purpose and accountability. Before joining Full Circle, Tiffany worked for a company that later merged with it, giving her a strong understanding of both operations and growth.
Her experience across different roles has fueled her focus on improving client care and community engagement. With three master’s degree concentrations in Criminal Justice and multiple published works, Tiffany brings both knowledge and perspective to her position. She views change as a constant part of growth and approaches each transition as a chance to strengthen the organization and better serve clients and the community.
