At our Mill Street facility, we offer Intensive Outpatient Programming (IOP) and higher levels of care for both men and women, providing a supportive environment where clients can engage in meaningful recovery work while building lasting connections. Staffed by a compassionate team of educated and experienced clinicians, our Chillicothe team meets clients where they are—with empathy, accountability, and a strong belief in the power of connection. Chris Buchanan
Program Manager
Chris Buchanan began his career in the recovery field in 2018 at Another Chance Ministry, starting as a Resident Advisor supporting individuals in early recovery. That same year, he earned his CDCA certification and transitioned into the role of substance abuse counselor and group facilitator, where he developed his passion for helping others find freedom from addiction. In 2022, Chris joined Full Circle Recovery Services, where he continues to work with a team that values integrity and a family-oriented approach. He uses his personal experiences and professional training to guide individuals toward lasting change. Chris holds an Associate’s degree in Human Services and is currently pursuing his LCDC II. As Chillicothe Mill St Program Manager, he oversees operations and focuses on supporting the growth of staff and clients. Outside of work, Chris is a devoted husband and father of six, inspired daily to lead with purpose both at home and within the recovery community.

IOPs or Intensive Outpatient Programs are highly structured for patients who don't require detox or 24-hour supervision, but maintain responsibilities at home, school, or work.
SOPs or Standard Outpatient Programs are flexible options for patients looking for addiction treatment but maintain fulfilled lives at home, school, or work.
