District 1 includes our Alumni Clinic, Bluffton, Livingston, and Northcut locations—each playing a vital role in delivering PHP, IOP, and SOP services for men and women. This network of care ensures clients receive the support they need, whether they’re just beginning or continuing their recovery journey. By aligning these locations under one district, we’re able to provide more coordinated, responsive, and community-rooted care.
Thomas Ross
District Manager
Bringing nearly 15 years of leadership experience, Thomas is a results-driven Operations Manager with experience in operational excellence, quality assurance, and team leadership. His career spans both the manufacturing and healthcare industries, during which the teams he’s led have achieved significant enhancements in quality, safety, and production processes. Earning his degree from The Ohio State University, he also completed USMC Officer Candidate School, where he graduated with honors. He is heavily involved with the Chicago Public School system and currently sits on the Advisory Board with the Illinois High School Association as Head Official for Girls Flag Football. Thomas is a dedicated community advocate contributing to organizations such as the Ezekiel Taylor Scholarship Foundation and Bless The Blocks, a community outreach program in Chicago, IL where he serves as Vice President. His passion for mentorship and outreach reflects his dedication to making a positive impact both in and outside of the workplace.
