District 2 includes our Chillicothe locations, offering a person-centered approach to recovery through several levels of care. At Mill Street, we provide IOP and higher levels of care for both men and women in a supportive, community-focused setting. Water Street offers a women’s PHP program, while Western Ave provides a PHP program for men—both designed to bridge the gap between inpatient and outpatient care. With a dedicated team of experienced staff, District 2 is all about meeting clients where they are and helping them move forward. At Full Circle Chillicothe, recovery feels like family.

From Chillicothe, OH graduating from Bennett College for Women in Greensboro North Carolina with a bachelor’s degree in social work. She’s very active in her local church and community. She enjoys helping others. She has worked in various capacities with Jobs and Family Services, Elizabeth’s Hope, Goodwill Industries, and the Department of Opportunities for Ohioans prior to working in this field. Rachelle has worked in the field of Recovery for the past 10 years and currently has her CDCA II and continues to lead the Chillicothe Team. She continues to work closely with Ross County Courts, Community partners and Faith Based Initiatives. Currently, studying to take the LSW Test and spends the rest of her time with her husband and 6 kids.
