District 6 at Full Circle includes our Marietta and Vincent locations, working together to provide a full continuum of care. Across these sites, we offer IOP and SOP services tailored for both men and women. This district model allows us to stay connected to both communities while delivering consistent, high-quality support for individuals at every stage of their recovery journey.
Heather Statler
District Manager
Graduated with a bachelor's degree in psychology from West Virginia University Parkersburg (WVUP) and went on to earn a master's degree in communications from West Virginia University (WVU). Since beginning her career in the substance use field in 2019, she has gained extensive experience in managing both inpatient and outpatient substance use disorder (SUD) facilities. She currently holds a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor III (LCDC III). She began as Program Manager at Full Circle in 2024. She has played a pivotal role in expanding services to the Marietta and Little Hocking areas and now manages all locations. Passionate about providing access to treatment in rural communities, she is dedicated to making a meaningful impact in the lives of those affected by substance use disorders.
