Kendra Yates
Outreach Program Manager
Embarked on her journey with Full Circle as a client, seeking support for her own path to sobriety, an experience that proved transformative. Motivated by a newfound calling, aiding others navigating similar struggles, Kendra pursued higher education at the University of Cincinnati, where she’s currently pursuing her LISW (Licensed Independent Social Worker) degree. Her overarching aim is to address both mental health and addiction issues in clients, acknowledging the connection between these challenges. She firmly advocates for a holistic approach, believing that by concurrently addressing both aspects, more comprehensive and impactful support can be provided to those in need. In her role as Outreach Program Manager at Full Circle, Kendra oversees a statewide team dedicated to engaging with clients, conducting assessments, and linking them with essential resources. Each interaction is viewed as a chance to enact positive change and extend the support network throughout the entire state. Driven by passion, Kendra and her team are unwaveringly committed to empowering individuals to surmount their challenges and flourish on their journey towards wellness.
Cheyenne Petre
Digital Media Manager
Her journey traces back to her pursuit of an associate degree in applied business in Advertising Art at the School of Advertising Art. Armed with her education, she delved into the realm of marketing, accumulating nearly 15 years of experience. Her professional path led her through roles within a Credit Union, her alma mater, and a dental marketing agency, where she honed her skills and expertise. However, amidst her career successes, Cheyenne faced personal struggles with alcohol. Through perseverance and determination, she embarked on a journey towards sobriety, overcoming obstacles to reclaim her life. This pivotal experience ignited within her a profound passion for aiding others facing similar battles. In July 2023, Cheyenne found her calling at Full Circle as their Digital Media Manager, drawn by the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the organization’s mission. Her firsthand experience with addiction imbued her work with a deep sense of empathy and understanding. For Cheyenne, working at Full Circle isn’t just a job; it’s a purpose-driven endeavor rooted in compassion and the desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
