Our Fairborn location is dedicated to supporting male and female clients through our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), providing a structured and compassionate environment for recovery. This program is designed to address each individual’s unique needs, including co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders. Our approach focuses on developing healthy coping skills, fostering personal growth, and building a strong foundation for long-term sobriety and emotional wellness. We combine evidence-based therapies, group counseling, and individualized treatment planning to ensure each client receives comprehensive support to reclaim their lives and sustain recovery.

Myron Epps
Site Program Manager

With over 16 years in substance abuse treatment and behavioral health, Myron Epps brings steady leadership and a clear focus on client outcomes. As Program Manager at Full Circle, he leads with empathy, accountability, and a practical vision for strong, client-centered programs. Myron started as a Residential Specialist at Eastway Corporation, supporting at-risk youth. He later served as a Case Manager in the Ambulatory Detox Program at Samaritan Behavioral Health, where he also led Narcan administration trainings to strengthen community response to opioid emergencies.
After earning his Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor III credential, he moved into Addiction Counseling for the PHP program at Woodhaven, building individualized recovery plans. Over the past three years at Full Circle, he has strengthened team collaboration, structure, and client care. Myron holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and Criminal Justice and a Master’s Degree in Administration of Justice and Security.
His strengths include motivational engagement, leadership development, and team building. Outside of work, he serves as a Varsity Football Coach and Drum Instructor, continuing his commitment to mentorship and discipline.

IOPs or Intensive Outpatient Programs are highly structured for patients who don't require detox or 24-hour supervision, but maintain responsibilities at home, school, or work.
