The Fairfield location provides comprehensive recovery services to clients in the local community. This facility offers Intensive Outpatient (IOP), Standard Outpatient (SOP), and Maintenance programs, delivering flexible and accessible care tailored to individual needs, including co-occurring substance use and mental health disorders. Through evidence-based therapies, personalized treatment planning, and a supportive environment, our Fairfield location equips clients with the tools and resources needed to achieve and maintain lasting recovery and mental wellness.
Toby Deck
Site Program Manager
Toby Deck graduated with a Master's of Science degree in Psychology with a concentration in Addiction in 2014. He began his career in Recovery in 2016 working as a CDCA with Community Behavioral Health as a substance abuse counselor working with clients in individual sessions and running IOP groups. In 2018 he began working as an LCDC III with Recovery Works Healing Center in a similar role. In 2025 he began working as a LICDC with Full Circle as an SUD Clinician and Clinical Supervisor, and then moved into the role of Site Program Manager in Fairfield Ohio. He is also working toward developing a new Driver Intervention Program to assist first time offenders with an OVI charge toward cessation of driving under the influence of Alcohol and/or other drugs. Toby uses his past experience and education to assist clients toward motivation for positive life changes into recovery. Toby is a loving and devoted husband, father of two daughters, and grandfather of one grandson.

IOPs or Intensive Outpatient Programs are highly structured for patients who don't require detox or 24-hour supervision, but maintain responsibilities at home, school, or work.
SOPs or Standard Outpatient Programs are flexible options for patients looking for addiction treatment but maintain fulfilled lives at home, school, or work.
