Our Middletown location is a newly established center dedicated to helping clients overcome substance use disorders (SUD) through our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). This program provides structured, evidence-based treatment designed to support individuals on their recovery journey while allowing them to maintain their daily responsibilities. With a focus on personalized care, group therapy, and skill-building, our Middletown location offers a welcoming and supportive environment for clients seeking lasting change. Carly Ward
Program Manager
Carly Ward is a dedicated professional in the substance use recovery field. Utilizing her life-lived experience as a person in long-term recovery, her passion is helping others overcome addiction. She began her career at Full Circle as a Safety Coordinator. She obtained her CDCA certification in 2023 and gained experience in case management across multiple Full Circle locations. With a strong eagerness to learn and a willingness to step in wherever needed, Carly quickly developed a deeper passion for helping individuals on their recovery journey. In 2024, Carly achieved a LCDC III licensure and became a counselor, finding a true calling in running IOP groups. In July 2024, she took on a leadership role as the Program Manager of our Middletown location, continuing to make a meaningful impact in the recovery community. Carly has found her true purpose in Full Circle and continues to reach for ways to bring others into the world of substance abuse recovery.
