Northcutt in Dayton is Full Circle’s largest location with three floors of dedicated space to serve our clients. We offer men’s IOP and Re-Entry. We also serve as headquarters for Peer Recovery Support, along with our partners Second Chance Staffing and New Directions. We have the most extensive mental health services of all the locations, including several LSWs and LPCs, supporting other locations via Telehealth. We have an amazing staff including peer support, clinical, medical, and administrative personnel. Full Circle began at Northcutt, and it remains their flagship location.
Carly Ward
Program Manager
Carly Ward is a dedicated professional in the substance use recovery field. Utilizing her life-lived experience as a person in long-term recovery, her passion is helping others overcome addiction. She began her career at Full Circle as a Safety Coordinator. She obtained her CDCA certification in 2023 and gained experience in case management across multiple Full Circle locations. With a strong eagerness to learn and a willingness to step in wherever needed, Carly quickly developed a deeper passion for helping individuals on their recovery journey. In 2024, Carly achieved a LCDC III licensure and became a counselor, finding a true calling in running IOP groups. In July 2024, she took on a leadership role as the Program Manager of our Northcutt location, continuing to make a meaningful impact in the recovery community. Carly has found her true purpose in Full Circle and continues to reach for ways to bring others into the world of substance abuse recovery.

IOPs or Intensive Outpatient Programs are highly structured for patients who don't require detox or 24-hour supervision, but maintain responsibilities at home, school, or work.
