Kathryn Carver
Program Manager
With a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling (CMHC) and a background as a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC III), Katie brings a wealth of experience and dedication to her role as a Program Manager. Her journey in behavioral health began as a Peer Supporter, a position that ignited her passion for helping individuals navigate their path to recovery. Over the years, she has gained extensive experience across all levels of treatment, including sober living, detox, residential care, partial hospitalization (PHP), and intensive outpatient programs (IOP), working with women and men. She began her academic journey by pursuing a degree in psychology, however, the path was not always clear as she was unsure how to put her education and passion to use. During her early college years, she struggled with her own addiction, ultimately leading her to fail out of school and essentially drop out of life altogether. That challenging period became a turning point, and with renewed purpose and determination, she returned to school and discovered her calling: to guide others in finding sustained sobriety. Today, she's committed to creating effective, compassionate treatment programs and fostering environments where clients can build the skills and confidence to achieve long-lasting recovery. She leads her team by example and never hesitates to jump in wherever the need is greatest, fostering a "we" mentality.

IOPs or Intensive Outpatient Programs are highly structured for patients who don't require detox or 24-hour supervision, but maintain responsibilities at home, school, or work.
