The Outreach team plans and attends a multitude of events to promote, not only Full Circle, but long-term recovery. They are also the one you talk to if you want to start our treatment programs.

Tawana Smith
Client Admissions Specialist
Began her journey at Full Circle as a client, where she discovered a haven of support and encouragement during her quest for recovery. Drawing from her personal journey and professional commitment, Tawana endeavors to effect positive transformations in the lives of those navigating the road to recovery within a nurturing and secure environment. Her unwavering dedication and resilience paved the path to a gratifying role as an Outreach Specialist, where she now facilitates access to treatment for individuals in need. During her leisure time, Tawana embraces the cherished roles of mother and grandmother, moments spent creating lasting memories with her loved ones. An avid lover of nature, she seizes every opportunity for outdoor adventures, whether it be nature walks or horseback riding at her mother’s farm. Additionally, Tawana actively participates in a 12-step program, attending meetings weekly and contributing to her home group’s community service initiatives. Recently embarking on her academic journey at Sinclair College, she is pursuing a major in Culinary Arts, fueled by aspirations of one day owning her own restaurant.

Tim Stacy
Outreach Specialist - District 2
He started his journey of recovery at Another Chance Ministry in Chillicothe, Ohio in 2017. He has worked in the substance abuse field for over 6 years and the last two have been with Full Circle Recovery Services, which is partnered clinically with Another Chance Ministry. He’s a dedicated and compassionate Substance Abuse Outreach Specialist, helping individuals and communities overcome the challenges of addiction. With a strong background in addiction counseling and community engagement, he’s committed to supporting people on their journey to recovery through education, resource connection, and personalized care. Working closely with local organizations, healthcare providers, and support groups to raise awareness about substance abuse prevention, treatment options, and recovery resources by offering empathetic outreach and advocacy. He strives to create a more informed and supportive environment for individuals affected by addiction. Through a combination of professional expertise and a deeply personal commitment to making a positive impact, he is an essential part of the fight against substance abuse in the community.

Sarah McKee
Outreach Specialist - District 5
Sarah serves as the Community Outreach Coordinator for Full Circle Recovery Services, where she brings compassion, dedication, and a strong commitment to supporting individuals and families impacted by addiction. With over three years of professional experience in the substance abuse field, Sarah has developed a deep understanding of the challenges faced in recovery and is passionate about connecting people with the resources and services they need to heal and thrive. Her work is driven by a genuine passion for addiction services and a commitment to fostering positive change in her community. She takes pride in building strong relationships and creating opportunities for growth, support, and education within the recovery community. Originally from Hamilton, Ohio, she later moved to Pensacola, Florida, where she lived for 18 years before moving back to Ohio to start her journey in addiction and recovery services. Sarah values both personal and professional connection. Outside of her role, she enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, relaxing at the park with her two dogs, and exploring new perspectives through documentaries. Sarah’s dedication to her community, combined with her experience in the recovery field, continues to inspire her work in outreach—helping others find hope, support, and a path forward.

Lindsay Wells
Outreach Specialist - District 1
Lindsay Wells proudly serves as the Outreach Coordinator for Full Circle at the Fairborn and Springfield locations, a program that has had a life-changing impact on her—because she went through it personally. Her journey through addiction and recovery has shaped who she is today and instilled a deep passion for helping others find their way to a better life.
Full Circle provided Lindsay with the tools, support, and community she needed to rebuild her life, and now she has the privilege of giving that back. In this role, she connects with individuals and families who are searching for hope and a new beginning. She understands the fear, the struggle, and the strength it takes to ask for help—because she’s been there.
Today, Lindsay is driven by the opportunity to walk alongside others in their recovery and to show them that lasting change is possible. Whether it’s offering support, sharing resources, or simply being someone who listens, she strives to be the person she once needed. For Lindsay, helping others isn’t just part of the job—it’s a calling that she cares deeply about.

Ashley Wilson
Outreach Specialist - District 6
Her recovery journey began in 2023 when she entered the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) at Peer Solutions in Parkersburg, WV. During that time, she rediscovered her sense of purpose, to become part of the solution. Helping others find freedom from addiction.
Before Ashley had been pursuing a degree to become a child psychiatrist, but through her experiences, her focus shifted toward the field of substance use counseling. After completing IOP, she earned her Peer Supporter Specialist Certification and later obtained her Chemical Dependency Counseling Assistant (CDCA) certification.
In October 2024, Ashley joined Full Circle Recovery Services, first as a substance use counselor and later as a case manager. She now proudly serves as the Outreach Coordinator and Intake Specialist for District 6, where her passion lies in being the bridge that connects individuals to their recovery journey.
Ashley is currently pursuing an Associate’s Degree in Social Sciences with the goal of obtaining her Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor II (LCDCII) credential. She finds deep fulfillment in building relationships throughout the community. Fostering collaboration among families, service providers, and organizations, all with the goal of creating lasting, positive change within the region.

Dawn Mahaney
Outreach Specialist - District 4
Dawn began her recovery journey at a women’s recovery center in Xenia, Ohio, where she fully embraced the program’s aftercare services and transitional housing. These resources provided the structure and stability she needed to build a strong foundation for lasting recovery.
Through this journey, Dawn developed a solid sober support network by actively participating in Alcoholics Anonymous. She works closely with her sponsor, continues to work the Twelve Steps, and gives back by sponsoring other women in recovery.
With lived experience and a deep passion for helping others, Dawn looks forward to utilizing her Peer Support Recovery Certification to support individuals who are trudging the same road she has already walked. She is committed to continuing her education and growing professionally in the field of recovery, with the goal of making a meaningful impact in the lives of others.
