Full Circle Steubenville has a treatment team that is empathetic, well-versed, experienced, motivated, endearing and client-centered. The facility currently employs medical staff, licensed clinicians, dedicated and specialized case managers along with a wealth of knowledge and compassion from the comprehensive treatment team. Program Manager
Katlin serves as the Program Manager at Steubenville Full Circle Recovery bringing a unique blend of medical expertise, leadership, and a deep-rooted passion for helping others on their path to recovery. Katlin began her journey in healthcare as a local Advanced EMT, and it was during that time that she discovered a calling to serve individuals struggling with addiction—witnessing firsthand the critical need for supportive, person-centered recovery services. This experience inspired her to pursue nursing, where she could expand her ability to guide patients through both crisis and healing. Since joining the team at Full Circle, Katlin has become an integral part of the center’s mission to provide accessible, evidence-based care to those battling substance use disorders. She is known for her collaborative leadership style, dedication to individualized treatment, and unwavering belief in the power of second chances.

SOPs or Standard Outpatient Programs are flexible options for patients looking for addiction treatment but maintain fulfilled lives at home, school, or work.
