Our Vincent location offers a comprehensive Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) designed to support individuals navigating recovery from substance use disorders (SUD) and co-occurring mental health conditions. This structured, evidence-based program provides flexible care that allows clients to engage in treatment while maintaining daily responsibilities. With an emphasis on individualized treatment planning, group therapy, mental health support, and life skills development, the Vincent team is committed to walking alongside clients as they build a strong foundation for lasting recovery, emotional wellness, and a substance-free future.

Site Program Manager
T'Analisha J. Mayo, MS, LPCC (OH) and LPC (WV), is a seasoned mental health professional with a strong foundation in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and extensive experience in chemical dependency treatment. Her career spans multiple roles—including Clinical Director, therapist, crisis specialist, and service coordinator—across Ohio and West Virginia, giving her a well-rounded understanding of the challenges individuals and families face in both mental health and substance use recovery. At Full Circle Recovery Services, she integrates evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, MI, Choice Theory, and Person-Centered Therapy to provide individualized, compassionate care. T’Analisha is driven by the belief that lasting change is possible, and she’s dedicated to walking alongside clients in the Mid-Ohio Valley as they reclaim stability, sobriety, and purpose.
